The summer solstice is coming up Friday and I bet the folks in the little Canadian town of Kamouraska (Pop. 589) can't wait for some sun. A watercolor of the picturesque waterfront community in Quebec painted by Shari Blaukopf leads my selection of sketches today. Also included: scenes of colorful balloons in the San Francisco area, beachgoers in Israel and Indonesian architecture. Enjoy!
